2001

• Sun Studs, LLC was acquired--studmill operation in Roseburg, Oregon

• Superior Lumber Co. and Swanson-Superior Forest Products, Inc. were merged and formed Swanson Group, Inc.

• Superior Lumber, LLC is formed for Glendale operations (veneer, plywood, and sawmill)

• Glide Lumber, LLC was acquired--studmill operation in Glide, Oregon

• Burns Lumber Co. was acquired--a construction grade wholesale forest products distribution company in Medford, Oregon

2006

• Sun Studs, LLC and Glide Lumber, LLC were merged to form Superior Studs, LLC

• Burns Lumber Co. and mill sales staff were merged to form Swanson Group Sales Co. and relocated to Grants Pass, Oregon

• Global Lift Helicopters, LLC was acquired--a small helicopter services company which came with the necessary FAA certification to fly passengers-for-hire

• McKenzie Forest Products was acquired--a plywood and veneer operation in Springfield, Oregon

• Superior Helicopter, LLC and Global Lift Helicopters, LLC were merged to form Swanson Group Aviation, LLC

• Swanson Group Mfg. LLC was formed by merging all manufacturing facilities (Superior Lumber, LLC; Superior Studs, LLC; Swanson-Superior, LLC)
