Helicopter Service

With the advent of selective logging practices, we started Swanson Group Aviation, LLC, which offers a high-tech, low-impact way to log. Helicopters are especially effective in thinning existing stands to improve growing conditions for the remaining trees. Logging from the air also helps minimize environmental disturbance. Our helicopter operation places a high priority on protecting streams and avoiding erosion.

We have fought fires all over the western US and recently completed a fire fighting assignment in Australia.
